Rudi brings 36 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer management in the global FMCG industry. He started his career in Procter & Gamble Germany where he developed his sales management skills and set up at that time a new sales strategy introducing key account managers.Rudi’s career then took him via Schikedanz (Camelia, Tempo), Knorr / Maizena, CPC and Bestfoods (Knorr, Mazola, Hellmann’s) to Unilever-Bestfoods where in 2001 he was responsible for the integration of the sales teams and also joined the Unilever sales board with responsibilities across all categories and the complex brand portfolio. In 2008 he joined the board of Mars Petcare and Food.

Rudi is also a co-founder of the “Trend Forum” and worked for many years with leading professors in economics e.g. Prof. Dr. Dichtl, Mannheim, Prof. Dr. Toepfer, Dresden, Prof. Dr. Meyer, Munich, Prof. Dr. Zentes, Saarbruecken, Prof. Dr. Tomczak, St. Gallen. In addition he has a close cooperation with Dr. Hueffer, Zurich, for the recruitment, selection and appointment of board members across many companies.
